1. Who we are

KC iGaming Bridge Limited ("we", "us"), registration no. HE 490032, registered address Georgiou A 45, Germasogeia, 4047 Limassol, Cyprus, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

For any privacy question, contact us at enquiries@igamingbridge.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.

2. Data we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, the topic you select, your message, and the date and time of submission.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Please do not include special category data (for example health, political or religious information) in your message.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Following up on enquiries, keeping records of correspondence and securing our website — our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Complying with legal obligations, including Cyprus tax and anti-money-laundering laws, if you become a client — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Do you have to give us your data?

Providing the contact form data is not a legal or contractual requirement, but we cannot respond to your enquiry without it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, and our business email provider Google Workspace — under data processing agreements;
  • professional advisers and public authorities where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our contact form database is hosted in the EU (Ireland).

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for up to 36 months after our last correspondence with you, based on our legitimate interest in following up with prospective clients, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for the periods required by Cyprus law, including tax and anti-money-laundering legislation.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict our processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • object at any time to direct marketing — this right is absolute.

Send requests to enquiries@igamingbridge.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if so.

9. Right to complain

We encourage you to contact us first, but you may complain to the supervisory authority:

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

10. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

11. Marketing

We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

12. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18.

13. Cookies

In line with Cyprus Law 112(I)/2004, we tell you what this website stores on your device. This site does not set any cookies, and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site loads no third-party resources.

Because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is needed. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.

14. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers.

15. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
